Linda founded Resources for Learning (RFL) in 1998 to carry out her vision of schools that meet the needs of all students, especially those traditionally underserved by K-12 education.

Caryn Cavanagh, MS
In 2012, Caryn joined Resources for Learning where her primary responsibilities include leading curriculum and professional learning initiatives.

Amy Guadagnoli, BFA
As Director of Creative Services at RFL, Amy specializes in graphic design, web development, interactive media design, and video production.

Judy Jennings, PhD
As Senior Consultant, Judy is responsible for design and implementation of evaluation projects, development of classroom assessments, survey design and analysis, quantitative data analyses, and report contribution.

Lisa V. McCulley, PhD
Lisa’s responsibilities include managing multiple projects involving evaluation and data analysis, developing evaluation frameworks for complex initiatives, and analyzing and interpreting mixed- and multi-method results.

Shelley Riedel, MA
Shelley is currently the project manager for the Texas ACE Quality Assurance Process (QAP) team. She specializes in the development and implementation of large-scale assessment systems and instruments; data management, analysis, and interpretation; and reporting solutions.

Alison Reis-Khanna, MA
Alison joined Resources for Learning (RFL) 2021 and in that time has developed a direct services model for providing technical assistance (TA).

Stephanie Ferguson, EdD
Stephanie has more than 30 years in public school administration and teaching with a focus on researching, monitoring, and analyzing local, regional, and state data to support informed decision-making and developing community partnerships that are focused on preparing students for postsecondary success. She joined Resources for Learning (RFL) in August 2023 where she is using her expertise to support CTE-related projects.

Gloria Stout, PhD
Gloria joined Resources for Learning (RFL) part time in June 2024. She switched to full-time in September 2024. Her responsibilities include assisting diverse research projects, developing comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and conducting in-depth data analyses. Gloria's expertise encompasses program evaluation, mixed-methods research, and large-scale data analysis. Gloria is proficient in SPSS, R, Mplus, Stata, and Dedoose, with strong data visualization and problem-solving skills.

Amber Ham, MS
Amber joined Resources for Learning (RFL) as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Specialist in November 2024. Amber's leadership in CTE extends beyond the classroom, shaping district- and state-wide initiatives that bridge education and industry. As a CTE classroom teacher and department chair for 10 years, followed by her work as a district CTE administrator, she played a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships between local businesses and schools, ensuring students gained real-world experience through internships, mentorships, and industry collaborations. Her commitment to student success was evident in her leadership of the district's new CTE teacher mentoring program, where she provided guidance and professional development to educators. She also spearheaded large-scale events such as Eighth Grade Invasion, a CTE marketing event where incoming high school freshman learned first-hand what CTE programs were available to them, as well as the Industry Leadership Council, an event connecting over 500 local business professionals to students interested in their career fields. Her innovative approach to program development has been recognized at both the district and regional levels, earning her accolades for her contributions to CTE advancement and mentorship.
Amber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Arkansas before obtaining her Master of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from Texas Tech University. Her academic background and years of hands-on experience have equipped her with the knowledge and leadership skills to drive impactful change in CTE.
